• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for US operations, ensuring a smooth transition • Support a range of HR operations such as maintaining records, managing queries, and assisting with policy implementation • Maintain and update HRIS for system efficiency • Oversee HR billing processes and manage invoices • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards • Assist in HR projects and initiatives for improvement and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field • 0-3 years of HR operations experience • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
