📋 Description
• Join us as an Energy Legal Counsel and play a key role in expanding solar energy in Mexico. • Provide legal guidance on compliance, contracts, project finance, and energy transactions, ensuring Bright’s solar projects align with Mexico’s energy laws and financial structures. • Work closely with executive leadership, project developers, financiers, and government agencies, advising on permitting, regulatory filings, public-private partnerships, and strategic transactions. • Engage with policymakers and advocacy groups to shape Mexico’s renewable energy market. • Success in this role requires a detail-oriented legal expert with proven experience in renewable energy law, infrastructure projects, government procurement, and M&A transactions. • Skilled at mitigating risks, structuring deals, and aligning legal frameworks with business growth.
