📋 Description
• Responsable de la vision et de la stratégie des départements produit et design • Encadrement d'une équipe d’environ 8 personnes, collaboration avec l’ingénierie • Définir, maintenir et aligner les stratégies design et produit avec la mission de Thirdbridge • Mesurer la performance des projets clients et établir des relations stratégiques • Gardien de l’expérience employé de l’équipe, mesurer et anticiper les besoins • Travailler en synergie avec les équipes ingénierie et marketing • Agir comme gardien de l’expérience client, mesurer et améliorer • Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et du marché
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ d’expérience en design UX/UI et gestion de produit, dont 2+ en gestion d’équipe • Capacité avérée à définir une vision produit et à la traduire en roadmap exécutable • Aptitude à articuler une vision design et à la concrétiser par des actions concrètes • Expertise en gestion de backlog, priorisation et suivi des métriques produit et design • Leadership fort, avec une capacité à influencer et mobiliser des équipes transverses • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration avec des parties prenantes techniques et clientes • Maîtrise des outils de design (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) et des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Solide compréhension des principes UX/UI et de leur impact sur l’adoption des produits • Un atout si : expérience dans un environnement tech ou SaaS, compréhension des architectures techniques, expérience en design system et accessibilité numérique.
