Description
• Act as liaison between Brand Reps and management • Assist recruiter with Brand Rep candidate interview process • Conduct certification chats for knowledge assessment • Mentor/onboard new Brand Reps • Review chat transcripts for quality assurance • Prepare tips to increase team’s knowledge • Monitor and assist Brand Rep schedule fulfillment • Encourage, motivate and support team • Support management to secure goals • Compile hotlist topics for customer calls • Available 10-20 hours per week
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in the golf industry • 2+ years club fitting experience • Extensive knowledge of Titleist, TaylorMade, FootJoy and Bushnell Golf products • Experience in leading a team
Benefits
• $20/hour paid weekly • Remote position
