• act as technical point of contact during pre-sales stage • assist sales personnel in qualification of commercial customer needs • perform pre-demo needs analysis for strategic accounts • exhibit mastery of the Sales process • provide product demonstrations to potential and existing customers • conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment • maintain templates and documentation for project scoping
• 5+ years of experience working in a similar role • strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset • previous experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients • experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees) • ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences • ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT • ability to work with Sales Executives and support the sales cycle • excellent written and verbal communication skills • experience in writing tenders/proposals • ability to learn new technology and solutions • good level of English (level C1) • 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow Platform (desirable) • ITIL Foundations and/or Scrum Master Certified (desirable) • solution and/or process experience in various fields (desirable)
