• Act as technical point of contact during pre-sales stage • Assist sales personnel in qualification of customer needs • Perform pre-demo needs analysis for strategic accounts • Provide product demonstrations to potential and existing customers • Plan and conduct proof of concept and proof of value • Conduct transition briefings and prepare for deployment
• 5+ years of experience working in a similar role • Strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset • Previous experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients • Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees) • Ability to articulate concepts with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and business drivers around IT • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in writing tenders/proposals • Ability to learn new technology and solutions • Good level of English (level C1) • Desirable: 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform • ITIL Foundations and/or Scrum Master Certified • Solution experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Financial Management (FM), etc.
