Description
• As Solution Architect for Thirdera, you will be responsible for helping the clients in their digital transformation through the automation of processes through the ServiceNow platform. • You will be responsible for defining client solutions based on leading practices and business needs in alignment with the enterprise architecture of the client. • You will be leading initiatives and collaborating with business users to create architecture that aligns with business needs. • You will be expected to establish architecture standards, provide guidance, and conduct code/functional reviews to the project team on the technical design format and content. • You will also collaborate with the Engagement Managers on project estimates and solution approach, champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency and produce documentation to aid in understanding of existing architecture solutions.
Requirements
• 5+ years relevant ServiceNow experience • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist • Bachelor's degree preferred
