• Develop and execute test case scripts, plans, and procedures (Manual and Automated) • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases • Coordinate QA resources • Run manual and automated tests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to Software engineer, technician, technologist or related • 3+ Years minimum in QA testing experience • Experience in ServiceNow • Desired Experience in Automation testing • Desired ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification • Desired ITIL Foundations Certified • Desired Strong knowledge in STLC • Knowledge in ISTQB • Scrum Master Knowledge • Scripting Knowledge • Upper intermediate English B2+
