Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications. • Perform routine programming assignments under supervision. • Develop an understanding of assigned applications, standards, techniques, and business knowledge. • Demonstrate understanding of departmental procedures and programming standards. • Conduct unit testing as applicable. • Provide time estimates for assigned tasks and compare estimates to actual time spent to improve accuracy. • Recommend improvements for applications. • Work independently with minimal supervision. • Mentor junior Software Engineers. • Refactor legacy components as needed. • Communicate directly with product owners and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. High school diploma required. • Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in at least one of the following: C#, C++, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Java, or JavaScript. • Experience with technologies such as Node.js, XML, Angular, Ember, .NET MVC, Web API. • Experience with API development and integration for CRM applications. • Experience with SQL, including writing stored procedures and optimization. • Experience working in agile methodology with CI/CD processes. • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM is a plus. • Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced development cycle. • Familiarity with software development life cycles such as Agile or SCRUM. • Ability to design and architect moderate complexity web components. • Familiarity with software design patterns and SOLID design principles.
