Description

•As a Support Assistant, you will perform a comprehensive range of administrative and solicitor support tasks that are vital to our legal operations supporting specifically our serious Injury team and will be based out of our London Condor House office. •You will work closely with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all administrative processes are handled with precision and professionalism.

Requirements

•Produce and manage standardised legal documentation, letters, emails, reports, court documents, and forms with accuracy, ensuring correct use of legal and routine vocabulary. •Serve as the first point of contact for clients, defendants, and third parties. You’ll be responsible for handling routine inquiries, providing updates, and directing calls to the appropriate sources. •Your ability to effectively communicate and maintain client relationships will be critical to the role. •Manage diaries, arrange meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodation, including coordinating with medical specialists and organising conferences with Counsel. •Sort files for costing, monitor returns, and check bills for disbursements. Maintain and update costs spreadsheets. •Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, case management, and maintaining files according to internal procedures. Assist with clerical duties like case opening and closing, cheque handling, and document sorting. •Coordinate marketing materials for client events within the unit.
