• Assist customer facing team in setting up customer instances, organizing documentation, coordinating with customers. • Implement and manage tools to streamline customer delivery, track progress, and ensure timely completion of audits. • Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity. • Collaborate across teams to ensure all aspects of customer facing processes are aligned.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, data analytics, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Monday, Jira, or similar. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across different teams. • A problem-solver with a knack for streamlining processes and a passion for operational efficiency. • Gritty and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Experience working in an audit, compliance, or information security environment is a plus.
