📋 Description
• Responsible for ensuring successful partnerships with influencers. • Set strategy and build new growth opportunities. • Manage planning, execution, and reporting across social channels. • Source, negotiate and execute paid marketing campaigns with influencers. • Forecast revenue and profit, optimize campaigns. • Oversee business and content strategy across influencer partnerships. • Lead growth efforts across influencer affiliate and paid marketing campaigns. • Create monthly business reports to evaluate external partners. • Analyze performance and scale influencer partnership opportunities. • Improve performance tracking and reporting processes. • Manage agencies and vendors engaged for campaign development and execution.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of social media marketing experience – creator / influencer marketing and ecommerce are pluses • Deep knowledge of and passion for social media marketing (Instagram, Amazon Live, TikTok, and YouTube) • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • A mixture of creative qualitative and analytical quantitative thinking • Advanced excel skills and an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations, or a related field from an accredited university
