Description
• Responsible for managing and administration of Thrasio endpoint devices • Configuration and Management of User devices such as MacOS and Windows laptops • Device (endpoint) Configuration and Management using various toolsets like Okta, Google, MS-Intune, etc. • Troubleshooting issues with applications and systems • Ensuring smooth deployment of new applications • Participating in systems design and redundancy planning • Creating and updating technical documentation • Supporting team relationships to resolve operational problems quickly • Available 8am-12pm US Eastern Time, remainder of workday flexible
Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration or equivalent experience • 5+ years on SaaS platforms and systems administration experience • 2+ years experience with Security Platforms • Experience with scripting and automation tools • Track record of developing and executing IT projects • Knowledge of helpdesk and IT operations best practices
