• Salary $22,000 per annum. • Customer Support Specialist role assisting customers with technical understanding of products and services • Address customer inquiries, suggest solutions, and assist with navigation of features • Focus on proactive support through collecting customer feedback and writing articles • Strong communication skills and ability to establish trust with clients • Friendly working environment with opportunity to innovate customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience • Must have experience supporting or using Amazon Seller Central or a similar e-commerce platform • Must be fluent in both Turkish and English • Ability to work independently and in a team • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
