β€’ Ability to demonstrate three areas of excellence / achievement in a similar role. β€’ 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, with a strong background in PLG SaaS. β€’ Proven experience in scaling a technology product and entering new markets. β€’ Proven track record of scaling revenue, leading high-performing teams, and achieving aggressive growth targets. β€’ Strong understanding of web design principles and the importance of high-speed, flexible web pages in various industries. β€’ Expertise in sales funnel strategies, web design technologies, or related fields. β€’ Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and scaling SaaS platforms. β€’ A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and operational targets. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams. β€’ Data-driven decision-maker with strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities. β€’ Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and key metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC).
