• Thrive is a leading behavior change technology company founded by Arianna Huffington in 2016 with the mission to end the stress and burnout epidemic. • Thrive helps individuals and organizations improve well-being, performance and mental resilience with its AI-powered behavior change technology platform. • Thrive’s Microsteps – small, science-backed steps to improve health and productivity – have been adopted by employees at more than 125 organizations in over 140 countries. • As a Data Engineering and Analytics Manager, you will lead our data engineering and analytics engineering efforts. • This role is pivotal in advancing our data maturity, building robust data infrastructure, and delivering actionable insights to support business and product decisions. • You’ll provide technical leadership and feedback to senior and lead individual contributors, and ensure that Thrive is using the right tools and processes for a robust infrastructure stack. • We need a kind and caring team player who takes responsibility for organizational outcomes and is ready to collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology partners.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-impact data and analytics engineering projects. • Demonstrated expertise in modern data stack components and infrastructure. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is essential. • Extensive experience in data modeling, including star-schema and events-based modeling, preferably using dbt. • Proven ability to ensure data reliability, accuracy, and security. • Ability to lead communications across multiple levels, from detailed technical designs and requirements with engineering to product initiatives with key business stakeholders.
