Requirements

• 8+ years in Marketing, Product, or CRM roles with expertise in CRM tools, Marketing Tech, and integrating enterprise-level systems (APIs, JSON, ETLs). • Strong understanding of marketing channels and expertise in Marketing Operations and MarTech. • Track record of developing a vision for building for scale (automation, personalization, data integrity, etc.); process and systems-oriented. • Strong ability to identify opportunities, prioritize and develop roadmaps. • Able to build relationships and work well across teams; will partner heavily with MarTech channel owners (Technical Product Managers, Engineering, Data Science and Applied Science) to develop plans and execute them. • Strong leadership skills with the confidence to lead a team (direct and indirects). • Experience coaching and developing high-performing individuals. • Willingness to work from 2 AM - 10 AM PH time.
