📋 Description
• Responsible for carrying out engineering inspections • Meeting the statutory examination and contractual inspection obligations of clients’ plant and equipment • Typical examinations include equipment defined in LOLER 98, PSSR 2000, PUWER as well as its application to power presses and LEV equipment defined in COSHH
🎯 Requirements
• Essential Mechanical Engineering ONC with relevant experience • NVQ Level III as well as City & Guild full Tech Cert or equivalent • Full UK driving licence • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS certificate • Desirable Incorporated Engineer as defined by Engineering Council or equivalent (e.g. appropriate HNC with relevant experience, NVQ Level IV) • City and Guild full Tech Cert or equivalent • Experience of working within engineering discipline associated with in-service inspection
