📋 Description

• As the first Corporate Communications Manager at Thyme Care, you will unify internal and external communications during a period of significant growth and transformation. • Craft and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to ensure all employees are informed, aligned, and engaged. • Expand the reach of leadership insights to inspire and engage employees. • Enhance the employee experience by optimizing internal communications infrastructure and developing best practices for sharing company news. • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives, collaborating to create fun ways to engage employees. • Use analytics and feedback to evaluate communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications in a high-growth startup environment with a proven track record of success. • Experience working with cross-functional teams to bring communication initiatives to life through newsletters, intranet platforms, social media, and more. • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills and strong business acumen, with a talent for creating messages that resonate and motivate across different levels of the company and across various communication channels. • Adept at managing multiple projects, balancing competing deadlines, and working within a project management system to track progress and ensure timely delivery. • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and influence across all levels of the organization. • Nice to have: Experience in the digital health / health-tech sector; Experience managing internal communications across corporate and healthcare/care team employees; Based in Nashville, TN.
