Description
• Responsible for the successful operation of Thyme Care’s compliance program • Monitor and audit compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements • Investigate allegations of non-compliance • Create and enforce written policies and provide training on compliance-related topics • Identify and inform of relevant regulatory changes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Healthcare compliance certification preferred • At least three to five years of relevant compliance experience • At least three to five years of internal audit experience • Knowledge of applicable state regulatory requirements and Medicare regulations and contract requirements • Experience participating in regulatory audits • Relevant experience working in a healthcare startup setting a plus
