🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record of success and leadership in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar functions. • Experience working in healthcare, preferably value-based care, and demonstrated success navigating a fast-paced, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment. • Experience working directly with Board Directors, Investors, and Executive leadership teams. • Proficient with project management principles and tools, able to handle multiple competing program needs and deliverables under tight deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build relationships in a matrixed organization.
