Description

• Join the Product organization to help build tools and technology for our Care Team, oncology providers, payers, and patients. • Lead a team of Data Scientists to provide risk-bearing entity clients with understanding of oncology populations. • Identify opportunities to improve quality of care, reduce low-value utilization, and monitor the efficacy and value of products and services in managing cancer patients.

Requirements

• Strong experience and domain expertise in healthcare and preferably value-based care. • Prior experience leading multiple highly complex data projects, with a proven track record for successful and timely delivery. • Proficient with project management principles and tools, able to handle multiple competing program needs and deliverables under tight deadlines. • Deep technical and analytical abilities, with a problem-solving mindset, focused on delivering practical and timely solutions. • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build relationships in a matrixed organization. • Proven ability to partner directly with external clients to manage data specifications and deliverables. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and capable of articulating technical and business needs to diverse audiences.
