• Optimize paid acquisition engine for member growth • Manage paid ad campaigns across various platforms • Partner with creative team to test and optimize channels • Identify effective customer segments and optimize messaging • Analyze performance benchmarks and recommend updates • Unlock new sources of organic growth • Manage in-house team to achieve growth goals • Scale organic search engine and website optimizations • Develop partnership marketing playbook • Manage external sales group for inbound/outbound efforts • Lead marketing data, analytics, and tech for member growth • Audit and optimize marketing data strategy • Track and evaluate KPIs of paid marketing channels • Ensure marketing efforts align with budget and business plan

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in performance marketing for a direct-to-consumer brand; healthcare experience preferred • Quantitative thinker capable of evaluating marketing impact and building forecasts • Strong collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders • Track record of managing and optimizing paid marketing budgets > $10M annually • Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google, and direct-to-patient marketing engines • Experience managing high-performing agencies, vendors, and marketing teams • Experience unlocking new paid and unpaid channels for growth • Experience designing and implementing a marketing data strategy and tech stack • Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset • Passion for women’s health and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
