• Responsible for supporting existing clients and handling product questions • Supporting sales team for custom projects and incoming requests • Building delightful user experiences and features • Presenting demos and creating reusable assets for efficiency • Leading Proof Of Concepts to validate customer technical requirements • Solving technical problems and requests by coding
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years experience in a technical or customer facing role • Knowledge with React Native on iOS and Android • Minimum of 1 years with either React Native or React.js • Minimum of 1 years with Node.js and AWS Lambda • Proficient with GraphQL, AWS CDK and TypeScript • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Clean, structured and well-tested code • Experience with TDD is a plus • Experience with payment gateway providers (e.g. Stripe) is a plus • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus • Experience in managing a small development team is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
