Description

• Position provides leadership in energy efficiency program design and implementation. • Responsible for managing subcontractors, reporting, and guiding program staff. • Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance and timely execution. • Supporting related development opportunities and technical writing for proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in Engineering, Architecture, Juris Doctorate, Business, Public Administration or other related field of study, with 5 years of professional experience in an energy-focused or related field. • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of professional experience in an energy-focused or related field. • 5-7+ years of experience related to energy or weatherization program management. • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of energy efficiency, weatherization, and/or electrification programs. • Experience working with local/state/federal government entities, for profit and non-profit organizations, utility providers, and others. • Experience managing schedules, project scopes, and costs in high-volume projects.
