• Explore and conquer new verticals: identify untapped opportunities and craft strategies to address them effectively from a marketing perspective; • Run tests and experiments to validate hypotheses, identify growth opportunities across paid and organic marketing channels and leverage a deep understanding of our target customer segments; • Map out the customer journey, and drive innovation by crafting tailored campaigns and leading cross-departmental collaboration for improved results; • Ideate and implement out-of-the-box growth strategies that will differentiate Tidio in a competitive market; • Be hands-on with the tools: write copy, create email sequences, design simple graphics, set up A/B tests and ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.); • Extract and analyze data from tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Clay, and Apollo to inform strategy and boost performance.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of growth marketing experience combined with a SaaS B2B background and track record of successfully scaling customer acquisition • Possess a solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads , including setting up campaigns, changing assets, running A/B tests and verifying results (hands-on experience is a must) • Have knowledge of mapping a customer journey and acting on various stages of it by writing compelling copy, creating email sequences, designing simple graphics, setting up and analysing campaigns • Are skilled at working across the full marketing funnel and multiple channels, with expertise in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing automation • Have proficiency in tools like Hubspot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Clay, Apollo (or other outbound enrichment tool) and the ability to extract data from the tools above and analyze it on their own • Are highly analytical , with the ability to query data ( SQL is a plus ) and uncover actionable insights • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams • Know how to inspire and engage others to drive projects forward
