Description

• Monitor models in production- looking for outliers, checking statistics, reporting model performance in time, and giving insights to ML team and product teams on various machine learning metrics (e.g., distributions, inference times); • Create datasets - assigning labels to the datasets manually, developing autonomous ways to perform labeling like regex heuristics, performing and validating labeling using LLMs (external and self-hosted); • Take care of the model validation before deployment - QA, performing direct tests on the model to assure its quality, developing tools to test it; • Take care of dataset curation - analyzing our datasets to find errors, improve them, making sure they are stored correctly; • Develop dataset intuition - being able to answer various questions about the data; • Monitor the labeling workforce—during labeling processes, we send a lot of data to the outsourced workforce, and we need some QA on the samples we receive from them.

Requirements

• Understand ML workflow (EDA, data preparation, training, evaluation, monitoring). • Are scrupulous and pay attention to details; • Are creative and strive to learn new things; • Have at least a basic knowledge of Python (pandas) and SQL; • Have at least a basic understanding and knowledge of statistics (distributions, confusion matrix, performance metrics, correlation); • You will earn extra points for: • Having a basic understanding of ML models (NLP, Transformer architecture)
