Requirements

• +2 years of experience as an outbound SDR/BDR; • minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales; • Native or near-native level command of English; • Experience in making high-volume sales calls and managing a generated pipeline; • Experience with SMBs and Midmarket sales; • Attention to detail and good data hygiene - to maintain profiles in a database and be on track with your activity goals; • The ability to conduct engaging phone calls and write persuasive emails; • Curiosity around understanding the SMB/Midmarket industry and how different companies could use Tidio; • Exceptional listening skills that help you to understand well clients perspective; • Passion for the tech field and focus on developing a sales-oriented career.
