• Outreach our potential clients with phone calls and personalized email sequences to spark interest in Tidio+; • Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points; • Manage a pipeline of high, and medium-intent leads in a well-organized and effective way; • Keep a track record of data for a better understanding of changes in a pipeline and the progress of key performance metrics; • Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and new business metrics; • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product, customer stories and the best sales practices; • Leverage tools like Hubspot, DialPad and Seamless; LI Sales Navigator, Apollo io, Clay; • Actively partner with your peers from the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to contribute to the overall success of the sales process.
• +2 years of experience as an outbound SDR/BDR; • minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales • Native or near-native level command of English; • Experience in making high-volume sales calls and managing a generated pipeline; • Experience with SMBs and Midmarket sales; • Attention to detail and good data hygiene - to maintain profiles in a database and be on track with your activity goals; • The ability to conduct engaging phone calls and write persuasive emails; • Curiosity around understanding the SMB/Midmarket industry and how different companies could use Tidio; • Exceptional listening skills that help you to understand well clients perspective; • Passion for the tech field and focus on developing a sales-oriented career.
