•Develop the Onsite (Real Estate) strategy. •Responsible for diversifying views/user flow to different categories/SKUs within the site. •Responsible for defining the country's promotional campaign calendar. •Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to align objectives with commercial strategies. •Responsible for channel session planning and performance to achieve business targets. •Support the category development strategy by publishing and selecting the most suitable products. •Promote innovation in growth strategies, devise, recommend, and test new growth marketing strategies. •Establish partnerships with third parties. •Campaign analysis and optimization: monitor and analyze marketing campaigns performance. •Monitor and manage the sales budget, detect deviations, and propose necessary adjustments. •Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. •Stay updated on emerging trends in Digital Marketing.
•5 year of work experience in ecommerce/marketplace industry or related roles. •Preferably advanced in or having completed a relevant degree •Experience in using data analysis and business intelligence tools. •Advanced level of English •Reside in Costa Rica, Argentina, Uruguay, and Peru.
