• Analysierst die Finanz- und Leistungsdaten der Praxen in unserem Netzwerk. • Führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche durch und identifizierst Abweichungen. • Nutzst medizinische Leistungsdaten zur Identifikation von Erlös- und Ergebnispotentialen. • Leitest Handlungsempfehlungen zur Realisierung der Potentiale ab. • Entwickelst unser Reporting und Controlling weiter.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Finanzwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling. • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen oder der Tiermedizin. • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Identifizierung von Erlös- oder Ergebnispotentialen sowie idealerweise in der Auswertung medizinischer Leistungsdaten. • Erfahrung mit BI-Tools, insbesondere Power BI, zur Datenanalyse und Visualisierung und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse. • Gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzplanung und -analyse. • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit. • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
