Description

• Responsible for maintaining software embedded in Radio Unit • Handle last Tier 3 of customer support • Identify software-related issues from Trouble Reports • Collaborate with testers and labs for software testing

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of RF systems in LTE and 5G networks, including HW components, RF signal processing, control software, and device drivers • Troubleshooting experience (nice to have) - knowledge concerning common issues that can be found in the 5G network • Linux terminal self-sufficiency (copying, removing, editing, and creating files; Navigating between directories and unzipping files) • Solid C++ programming skills, familiar features introduced after C++ 11 • Ability to read and understand the code written in JAVA • Higher technical education in Computer Science or related • Knowledge within IT/telecommunication area • Ability to organize your work and be proactive • Open to knowledge sharing and supporting other team members • Excellent - written and spoken • Sense of humor and will to stay with us for longer (as it takes some time to get into it)
