Description

• Responsible for the maintenance of the software embedded in the Radio Unit (RU) • Software executed on proprietary hardware platform • Last Tier 3 of customer support • Analyze if issues are software related • Forward software issues to R&D team for fixes • Support upper tiers of customer support in analysis • Handle internal TRs with testers and labs • Use many scripts for analyzing large volumes of data.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of RF systems in LTE and 5G networks, including HW components, RF signal processing, control software, and device drivers. • Troubleshooting experience (nice to have)- knowledge concerning common issues that can be found in the 5G network. • Linux terminal self-sufficiency (copying, removing, editing, and creating files; Navigating between directories and unzipping files). • Solid C++ programming skills, familiar features introduced after C++ 11. • Ability to read and understand the code written in JAVA. • Higher technical education in Computer Science or related. • Knowledge within IT/telecommunication area. • Ability to organize your own work and be proactive. • Open to knowledge sharing and supporting other team members. • Very good English- written and spoken. • Sense of humor and will to stay with us for longer.
