• Collaborate with different stakeholders to develop analytics for insights and BI solutions • Leverages advanced analytics methods for insightful recommendations • Supports ongoing improvement of integrated data warehouse • Coordinates with business and technology stakeholders and manages projects • Prepares clear project-specific documentation
Requirements
• Total experience of 5+ years • Experience with data science projects for healthcare and/or health insurance clients, including areas such as care management, utilization management, etc. • Knowledge of healthcare and payer data (such as EMR and patient claims) and frameworks (STARS, HEDIS, etc.) • Expected technology/tools: Python, Tableau, SQL • Good communication and ability to work independently with multiple client stakeholders.
