• Tiger Analytics is a fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. • We are looking for a Culture, Organizational Development, & Communications professional. • Contribute to the development of a robust culture through role modelling Tiger values. • Foster an inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued. • Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programs. • Recognize and integrate best practices into various development initiatives. • Design and lead initiatives to maximize employee engagement and build organizational commitment. • Assess the impact of interventions on staff performance and job satisfaction. • Offer coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development topics. • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to support initiatives. • Develop internal communications strategies to foster employee morale. • Determine strategic communications campaigns to further organizational goals. • Implement the company’s communication plan to increase brand awareness. • Enhance the organization's HR offerings by planning and evaluating a wide range of HR policies. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in Human Resources • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong presentation and communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of HR • Collaborative approach across the organization to maximize outcomes • Must be willing to work in Europe & US Time Zone • Comfortable working in a remote first environment with a globally distributed team • Strong data and analytics skills using Excel and google docs, etc. • Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms • Strong project management skills • Positive attitude • Strong leadership and people skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good problem-solving skills • Pro-active and self-motivated • Ability to adapt to evolving or changing requirements • Detailed oriented, organized, and high-quality work • Enthusiastic, personable, and high integrity
