β€’ Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. β€’ Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. β€’ Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. β€’ Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles. β€’ Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms. β€’ Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. β€’ Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. β€’ Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). β€’ Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement.

Requirements

β€’ 8 plus years of in-house or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs β€’ Experienced in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineer, Machine Learning Architects, Solutions Architect, Data Architects, Cloud Architects, Analytics Subject matter Experts and Technology Consultants. β€’ Expertly source, develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement β€’ Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates. β€’ Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market β€’ Experience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS β€’ Must have prior experience in US hiring β€’ Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones. β€’ Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong organizational skills, ability to independently manage transactions, deliver timely updates, work against tight deadlines.
