We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a quick learner, and has strong coding capabilities to add to our team. Key Responsibilities: Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in the Manufacturing team of the Retail and CPG space. Effectively communicate the analytics approach and how it will meet and address objectives to business partners. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 5-6 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Analytics, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Collaborate, coach, and learn with a growing team of experienced Data Scientists. Stay connected with external sources of ideas through conferences and community engagements. Support demands from regulators, investor relations, etc., to develop innovative solutions to meet objectives utilizing cutting-edge techniques and tools.

Requirements

10 + years of strong hands-on work experience - Smart Manufacturing Experience Should be able to lead domain conversations on a solution consulting angle Should be fluent with Spanish Language. Know typical data sets available and make recommendations by performing EDA upfront and suggesting strategies around overall Data Wrangling and cleanup Familiar with Manufacturing KPIs, Monitoring & Optimization Understands Data Systems - Manufacturing Control Tower, Manufacturing Systems around Global Shop Floor Tools, MES, historian, SAP etc. - E2E operations visibility, collaboration/ communication, reporting/dashboarding. advanced analytics Skilled in creating product roadmaps, setting priorities, and executing strategic plans. Proven experience managing a team and leading product initiatives. Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with experience in pricing strategies and optimization. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to understand business partner needs and deliver solutions. Experience in Azure environments and Databricks is a plus Bias for action, with the ability to deliver outstanding results through task prioritization and time management.
