Description

• Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with existing and new business partners • Preparation, Coordination and execution of selling-in periods with each key-account as well as flow-ups to guarantee a successful order process • Collect and analyze sell in and out data and stock coverage regularly and act accordingly • Constantly identify new business opportunities to guarantee further business growth • Driving the in-store brand presence as well as ensuring excellent brand consumer awareness and connection • Aligning seasonal initiatives to the overall GTM strategy • Maintain expert knowledge of products and competition products • Providing brand and collection training to partners • Development of strong seasonal and stock-assortments for each accounts with a focused eye on selling performance, as well as brand identity • Work with marketing department to ensure that all accounts take full advantage of all marketing tools

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or/and successfully completed apprenticeship • Professional experience in a comparable position and industries • Very good in creating relationships with general stakeholders at all levels of business • Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills • Analytical, numerate and strategic; ability to prioritize and plan • Willingness to travel and flexibility (70% of working time should be travel time) • Excellent German and very good English skills • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
