Description
• Provides specialized risk control engineering services • Conducts onsite surveys and/or inspections • Services large commercial/industrial risks • Consistent reviews of client loss prevention reports • Executes complex safety engineering projects • Provides management consultation services • Performs risk management assessments for clients • Documents success stories and positive controls • Writes white papers or articles on technical subjects • Coordinates with marketing and production staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • Ten years of loss control engineering experience • Broad knowledge of engineering principles and risk control concepts • Safety standards and codes such as NFPA and NERC • Industry designations, including ARM, CET, ASP, CSP, CFPS • Experience in an insurance carrier fire protection consulting role • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in computer applications
