Description

• Own and drive the complete product design lifecycle from wireframe to final implementation. • Understand customer needs and translate those insights into effective products and features. • Quickly prototype ideas to assess viability, design detailed flows and interactions, and collaborate with founders and engineers to build, iterate on, and ship those ideas. • Contribute to the company’s design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability. • Develop and maintain the design process to be followed in the product development lifecycle. • Create expressive, highly optimized, and practical interfaces and interactions for digital products. • Follow usability, ergonomics, and accessibility standards to create design concepts that improve the overall user experience. • Deliver interaction models, layouts, hierarchy, and look & feel of products by following visual design principles, benchmarks, and mood boards. • Transform low-fidelity wireframes into beautiful, high-fidelity user interfaces across diverse systems, including Android, iOS, and web platforms. • Create UI elements, mockups, and final visuals to build interactive prototypes. • Enable a seamless and sustainable design handoff process by developing style guides, component libraries, or design systems. • Clarify functional requirements, interaction behavior, and other design considerations iteratively throughout new product and feature design phases to ensure comprehensive designs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. • Experience in strategic product thinking, developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making user-centered decisions. • Design experience in mobile platforms, web, and desktop applications. • Ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma. • Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user. • Thrive in ambiguity and independently prioritize work based on user needs and business goals, taking responsibility to drive product ideas forward. • Excitement about entrepreneurship and taking projects from concept to launch.
