Description

• Lead and manage the campaign operations team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. • Develop and implement strategic plans for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop innovative campaign strategies. • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and other stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience within digital marketing and campaign operations, influencer marketing experience is highly preferred. • Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency. • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms. • Able to work within US timezone is MUST.
