• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed the agency's revenue targets • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners • Identify new business opportunities and trends in the influencer marketing industry • Work closely with marketing and account management teams • Provide detailed sales forecasting and market analysis • Represent TikTal at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a sales leadership role within digital marketing or influencer marketing industry • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms as marketing tools • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative sales strategies • Able to work within the US EST timezone
