You’ll collaborate with influencers, the marketing team, and the customer support team to drive an engaging shopping experience and maximize conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok’s shopping features, a keen sense of e-commerce strategy, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and influencers alike. • Key Responsibilities: • Manage the TikTok Shop: Oversee daily operations of TikTok Shop, from product listing and inventory to order processing and fulfillment. • Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, traffic, and sales through TikTok Shop, focusing on appealing to the US audience. • Influencer Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to promote products, create engaging content, and align messaging with brand goals. • Customer Interaction: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction. • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze shop performance, sales data, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities. • Campaign Management: Coordinate promotions, discounts, and live shopping events to boost visibility and revenue. • US Market Adaptation: Tailor content, promotions, and shop experience to meet the preferences and expectations of the US market.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with TikTok Shop and TikTok eCommerce operations. • Proficiency in analytics, social media, e-commerce tools, and with influencer marketing and TikTok’s unique ecosystem. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. • Strong understanding of the US market trends, consumer behavior, and social commerce. • Ability to work within US time zones and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing trends and customer needs.
