📋 Description
• As a Growth Marketer at Tilt, you will take the lead on driving growth, predominantly through paid acquisition channels like Google, Instagram and TikTok. • This role demands a strong background in performance marketing, experience managing diverse businesses and budgets, and a results-driven mindset. • You’ll have the opportunity to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns, owning what we envision as a significant growth engine for the company.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing • Experience scaling budgets from 0-$500k pm, with efficient payback periods • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, data, product, and engineering • A good eye for creatives, with the ability to discern content that speaks to users • Strong knowledge of tools, running effective campaigns, key metrics and attribution methodologies • You have an interest in fashion or internet culture and can stay relevant
