• Karya is seeking a proactive Community Coordinator to foster a positive environment, oversee payments, and ensure app content quality. • Organise community engagement activities and address user concerns. • Manage financial transactions and conduct internal app testing.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in community coordination, financial management, or content review roles. • Degree or diploma in social sciences, business management, or a related field. • Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Bhojpuri, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, or Telugu. • Experience working with marginalised communities and a deep understanding of their challenges and needs.
