• Ensure overall quality of data collection and project deliverables. • Develop quality strategies, monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve escalated issues. • Train and manage the Quality Assurance team to meet benchmarks. • Ensure consistent data quality standards across all regions and languages.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Project Management, or related field. • Proven experience in quality assurance and team management. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Ability to handle multi-state and multi-language operations. • Knowledge in Hindi is a must.
