Description

• TimelyCare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the growth of our virtual health and well-being platform. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy and overseeing the execution of the roadmap to meet the unique needs of colleges and universities. • This role requires deep market understanding, user empathy, and technical acumen to ensure the delivery of a product that enhances the full spectrum of student needs.

Requirements

• Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 5-7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role developing and launching successful digital health, telehealth, or SaaS products; experience in the education sector is a strong plus. • Strong understanding of telehealth technologies, user experience design, and health regulations, with experience in higher education environments highly desirable. • Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, and managing multiple stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. • Ability to gather, interpret, and translate data insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and user engagement. • Preferred: • Familiarity with HIPAA, FERPA, and other relevant regulations. • Experience working with mobile and web-based platforms. • Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
