📋 Description

• As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key part in the development of our high-performing data quality and data management applications. • The products consist of both web applications and desktop applications. • You will work closely together with fellow Xpeople from the Engineering Circle that uses the Shape Up method to shape and build the software. • A large part of the everyday work will be taking care of Level 3 support (debugging and fixing bugs) and cooperating with our Customer Success team. • Going forward it will be possible to adjust the split between L3 support and development depending on the need of our organization and your interests. • Your knowledge spans beyond your specialization, and you have a deep understanding not just of technology, but the ecosystem it exists in. • This knowledge enables you to see your work as part of a bigger context, and you are always updated on any changes in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 2-5 years of experience as a developer, ideally with 2-5 years of experience working with C# and .NET (object oriented), and 1-2 years working with front-end • Have a creative mind and are design thinking • Have experience and skills in Blazor, WinForms, Azure, SQL • Don’t mind being the first one to try out a new way of doing things • Have a focus on getting things done and proactively reach out when you need help • Have a growth-oriented mindset with the ability to see through solutions when identifying problems and seeing learning and improvement as key factors for success • Can work independently within an agile framework • Have an eye for creating good user experiences • Want to have a say in the whole process from when a feature comes in until it is shipped. • Are curious and constantly seeking out new knowledge • Enjoys researching technologies that are relevant to the field. • Have some experience in the domain of data platform / data warehousing / data solution • Have strong written and oral communication skills in English
