📋 Description
• Responsible for creation and evaluation of reports to improve marketing efficiency. • Conduct data analysis to uncover insights and optimize campaigns. • Develop and refine conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. • Work on attribution modeling to analyze marketing activities' impact. • Act as a bridge between marketing and BI/Controlling team. • Collaborate with various stakeholders including marketing colleagues and senior management.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B technology environment. • Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing data analysis. • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools). • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution modeling. • Effective communication skills across teams and management levels. • Fluent in English and good command of German (at least B1).
