Description
• Coordinate the validation and evaluation of project initiatives • Lead internal projects including goal setting, resource allocation, and timeframes • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation plans • Lead and coordinate change and communication measures • Develop and implement project plans • Monitor budget and control costs • Regularly report on project status and results
Requirements
• Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the tech industry • Degree in business administration or a similar commercial education • Proficiency in project management methods and tools • Ability to analyze project metrics and create meaningful reports • Strong communication and presentation skills • Fluent in English and German • Flexibility, self-reliance, and structured work approach • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams) • Proficient in Atlassian Jira & Confluence • Willingness to travel to Erkrath once a month
