Description

• Ensure TAPS products are delivering key capabilities and meeting development milestones • Innovate with external audience and data platforms, activation platforms, and engineering teams • Provide data thought leadership on performance marketing trends • Function as data technology and strategy subject matter expert • Lead input and feedback from multiple executive-level stakeholders • Drive adoption of Audience-based planning and buying tools • Identify new capabilities and manage product development roadmap • Build and implement impactful product launches • Own data partnerships and documentation of methodology

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience within a media agency or marketing technology firm • 4+ years of relevant programmatic experience or experience within an audience data solutions platform • Experience with advertising technologies: Ad servers, Dynamic Creative Optimization platforms, and Demand Side Platforms • Experience with audience-based research solutions: Survey-based, Panel-based, and Identity-based • Knowledge of digital media campaign configuration, activation, optimization, and reporting processes • Extensive experience leading and managing marketing technology projects from ideation through installation • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead in an environment of fast-moving change • Excellent internal communication skills • Excellent project management and time keeping skills • Experience with designing and reading media tests & experiments • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Proven success working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders • Strong working knowledge of Google Drive and Google Slides • Jira experience a plus
